Hope in A force which knows more clearly when to use force and the degree of force necessary for the given situation.
Consider A more united force, there are many different jurisdictions today. It is often a WASTE of resources and in some cases it can be dangerous to have the POLICE of the land "non-united". Picture a system where there exists ONE POLICE FORCE when speaking about enforcing PROPER/just-LAWS of the LAND.
Picture a force which knows what is a real crime and what is not a crime.

There is the "super-hero-belt" method: tazer, tranquilizer gun, lethal weapon etc. Officers who are trained to use lethal force however also they are trained to use something less than lethal force "TRANQUILIZER GUN force".There are some things that officers would not be carrying around all the time. (The old net-gun in the trunk trick) Just regular nets in general... something that can be tossed over certain perpetrators...
Safety glasses/goggles would most likely be a wise idea.
Helmets, shields, gas masks, (when necessary) etc.
I feel that GENERALLY SPEAKING OFFICERS should have a partner system ... safer(variety of reasons)
surveillance : in a TRUSTED nation's police hands.
Satellites in a lot of cases AVOID high speed chases... YOU can "non-chalantly" P/U the perpetrator later... VARIETY of missions, like any other tool there is GREAT NEED to be RESPONSIBLE. If you have to go into someone's house to APPREHEND them or do a SEARCH you can "SPY in" first with a SATELLITE ... this is obviously based on PROBABLE cause... It's safer, you may avoid the guy who's sitting there on his easy chair with his M-16, right?
Do you think that ONE DAY there will be a device/process where you can see footage of "anytime/anywhere" ~ up to now? People should come to respect other's PRIVACY WHERE DUE and realize that such should only be used for certain situations. And realize that you would not want to falsely blame guys for things that may be their BROTHER DID or that they did in other lifetimes... which if we are all on trial for "OTHER LIFE time CRIMES" we'd all most likely be in JAIL. I say this because the devices in question may be varietal and they may pick up ALTERNATE PATHS, perhaps there is some sort of frequency or something I do not know, this is more of a question coming from an amateur guy like me.

One day that SONG may come into effect for a wide array of scopes and visions(guns in the ground: storage stockpiles etc) ~ HOWEVER we as a society should always be ready to mobilize into units of a "national-guarding" sense just in case we are attacked from beyond or from within. Hopefully we as an entire planet can say: this is who we are this is who we built ourselves up to be ~ moreover, a society who has DIMINISHED, virtually eliminated, CRIME to the degree that we really do not need police to enforce CRIME but rather to serve as PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS, and such as to say.To once again regain the respect so deserved the world around : THE POLICE, to protect and help direct.
Rape is a horrible crime, to be raped in any way is a horrible thing...
We hope that nobody wants to do any more WRONG-things to others. We can only hope people have learned... sighting the ability within to grow and learn over and thru-time. (in this life and that)
POLICE go after : Rapists and burglars, they do road safety enforcement against publically dangerous activity, helping stranded motorist(s): to the extent applicable. Accident/disaster response, directions. General public safety. Etc.
Police should not go after the peaceful, non-violent: cannabis or cocaine or ecstacy consumer/dealer who is not infringing wrongly upon another. Such is a form of discrimination when IN COMPARISSON you allow others to use or sell ALCOHOL and tobacco or eat/sell all those pills(over the counter or prescription).
Police should NOT go after the non-violent FREE-THINKER who is not wrongly harming another. Often realized to be Political and religious attacks in many cases and such.

TRAFFIC SPEEDS ~ many of us most likely need to think a little more... be safer in some "town-residential" areas ... CONSIDER Highway limitations of man and machine ...
Don't drive under the influence of anything where you are impaired to the degree that it affects your reasonable operational cabability... where you are UNFIT and where you place others in DANGER.
Driving while impaired can be dangerous to your brother or sister. {tiredness/substances/emotions/physical-ailment ... etc.} On any given issue each of us need to be more RESPONSIBLE in our own right, we need to sort of police ourselves... it is true that we all learn and mature by and thru education/information and in this way ... we help each other out and sometimes we find that all we needed was an honest approach from one another ~ and so it goes...INSTEAD OF WAR ON DRUGS ~ see ideation of "smarts on chemicals" at www.sparethoughts.20fr.com
There are so many things that are bad which the police should be "cracking down on" ~We still hear of burglaries or vandalism on the nightly news, or hear stories of sexual assaults and what have you. Also consider ~ the "spanking/paddling of kids" ~ spanking is a sexual thing and should be done between consensual sexual lovers. In a "sexual relationship", it is something which generally speaking would be used to SEXUALLY ACTIVATE the partner. Sometimes when such is done unconsensually to children it DEPRIVES them of this sexual dignity/liberty to experience such in a WHOLESOME fashion later in life, or other times it can be ABUSIVELY PAINFUL. www.spank.itgo.com
You see, there has always been "real crime" ~ meanwhile there have been "innocent" who were labeled as "criminals"; at least according to the news stories and personal witness stories I have heard over the years. THERE should, in some cases, be some monetary "paybacks/compensation" ( www.payback.20fr.com ) for people who were wronged by the GOVERNMENT/POLICE-forces.
We hope that there isn't going to be all these "new-crimes" ~ dealing with computers and high-tech spying and such, but if there is; well that's stuff that the police should be going after ... they should not be kicking down the door of the peaceful plant or pill-dealer/producer/consumer(Just because something should be a personal freedom of choice, DOES NOT mean we necessarily "advocate/promote" it... none the less there are things, which at the end of the day, should remain a person's freedom of choice)... they should be hammering on the door of the guy who is wrongfully spying in on others with his "spy-gear". We hope that thru a better "story" of life people will not want to be doing wrongfully infringing things on/towards others.
Hopefully the day will come when we will not have to do so much policing for "crime" ~ rather simply for 'public-safety' type issues/situations. And hopefully we will be WISER and SAFER as a society to the degree that we have less accidents in general.

PRISON REFORM : Nurturing and healing systems, rehabilitative type system. COUNSELING that develops the prisoner to be able to tell their own tale which will lead them to freedom in the sense of what freedom truly is. Some who did certain things may never leave the prison grounds in this life however, it will be a road of freedom that they would be on for the NEXT LIFE.
Sometimes PEOPLE DO HORRIBLE THINGS ... it could have been you doing what they did...
We as people are all brothers and sisters. That person is STILL YOUR BROTHER or SISTER. Perhaps that was the problem to begin with... maybe they did not have enough CARE and LOVE in that HEART-FELT WAY of EVEN as to say a FRIENDLY MOTION. It is tragic when one of our brothers or sisters does something WRONGFUL TO ANOTHER, for whatever reason. I think that how we as a BROTHERHOOD/SISTERHOOD come to learn to deal with such will say a lot about WHO we are at large.
Consider ART WORK and other type therapeutic activities like gardening... over the years the system use to have that stuff at times for those who were responsible enough to handle it, however it sort of got lost in the shuffle in some institutions for various reasons.
Of course we would Still maintain SECURITY to level needed for the given POPULATION and the status types. To have fights and rapes going in prison as they have been thru history is not good.
There are different types of prisons.
----The people who should NOT be in prison should be RELEASED and then we will free up all those resources and be better able to FOCUS on the REAL CRIMINAL POPULATION.
IT IS WRONG TO ARREST PEOPLE WITHOUT CHARGING THEM WITH CRIMES. It happened to me in one type of governmental system and according to 60 minutes it is happening to others in other systems.(REFERENCE: forced mental institutions and G-bay)
IN cases where one is violent or other wise causing REAL CRIME and they must be dealt with, you may have to IMPRISON them, and nurture/rehabilitate the individual... you should not pervertedly hit the individual or SYRINGE DRUG RAPE THEM, or do any other rapeful thing. Both "spanking of children" and "syringe rape drugging" as "after the fact" forms of punishment are wrong.
WE give thanks to police OFFICERS who DO the right things in the way of protecting the real victims. At the same time we need a CHANGE.
It is unwise/unkind to "SLAVE-CANINEs out" to sniff BOMBS and DRUGS, or slaved to sniff "VIOLENT-person or missing-person" BLOOD/scent, or to be drafted as a slave for the blind ~ it is rude to place them in such fields of danger/servitude. Would you want another to MAKE YOU into a "seeing-eye" human? How about a BOMB-SNIFFING human? Even if you say YES, Ok ~ you are volunteering, the dogs are in most cases DRAFTED IN. INSTEAD:PICTURE MANUALLY CONTROLLED MACHINES
FURTHER THOUGHT ~ "CONFESSING DEPT." Would most likely have to be TEMPORARY as far as the notion that in beginning there would be amny people coming in until later when we get a handle on this CRISIS(at large) in society ... shift of people's BEHAVIOR.
